In-Store Pick Up
How much and when?
Please read the following if you choose the In-Store Pick Up option when you checkout
We do NOT have a physical shop and we are NOT insured to have customers visiting our home to pick up parcels. However, we have arranged an In-Store Pick Up service via our local Cherrybrook Post Office:
Option 1) Pick-Up Only: $5 (Cash Only)
If you choose to pay online on our website but wish to pick up the parcel yourself, you can still pay online and then pay the $5 Post Office Service Fee in cash to Cherrybrook Post Office. Please remember to bring your ID (must be the same name and address as the one you entered on our website) so Post Office staff can identify you.
Option 2) Pick Up and Pay: $8 (Cash Only)
If you do not wish to pay online and would like to pick up the parcel yourself, you can pay the whole amount plus the $8 Post Office Service Fee (in cash only) when you go to Cherrybrook Post Office to pick up your parcel. Simply proceed with your order online by filling your shopping cart and entering your details but do NOT complete the payment page. We may call/email you to confirm your order. Please remember to bring your ID (must be the same name and address as the one you
entered on our website) so Post Office staff can identify you.

Please click on Shipping and Return Policy - "When will my goods be delivered?" for an estimated timeframe for your parcel pick-up.
An email will be sent to you when your parcel is packed and delivered to Cherrybrook Post Office ready to be picked up. Your parcel will be kept at the Post Office for up to 2 weeks. If you are unable to collect your parcel, please let us know.
Express Post too expensive?
Express Post Satchel ($19.10 for max weight 5kg or $11.70 for max weight 3kg) is available for purchase. Please read Shipping and Return Policy - "How much is my Shipping Cost?" for more details and the links to the Express Satchels.
